Find your direction in an uncertain world
Changes at work, growing responsibilities and questions about the future can make it difficult to decide where to focus your energy.
HERDirection offers time to examine how you respond to pressure and what you want from the next stage of your professional life.
Hosted by Krakow School of Business at Krakow University of Economics, this two-day programme combines practical exercises, guided discussion and individual reflection.
On the first evening, you will explore resilience and self-regulation. On the second, you will bring your skills, values and aspirations together to develop a clearer professional direction and a practical action plan.
Who is it for?
HERDirection is designed for women who want to take an active role in their professional development while paying attention to their wellbeing.
The programme welcomes managers, leaders, specialists and entrepreneurs, as well as women considering a career change or a return to work.
It may be particularly relevant if you are:
- navigating uncertainty or change at work;
- looking for practical ways to respond to stress and pressure;
- reassessing your professional priorities;
- seeking a clearer understanding of your strengths and potential;
- considering how to communicate your value to employers, clients or investors.
Both workshops and all workshop materials are in English.

You will work towards a personalised toolkit to help you manage demanding situations in your professional and personal life.
