Invitation to the HERDirection – Women Impact Seminar III
The Krakow School of Business at the Krakow University of Economics is pleased to invite you to the 3rd edition of HERDirection – Women Impact Seminar, led by Dr Vanessa Collingridge, a British writer and broadcaster who has been collaborating with KSB UEK for many years.
The seminar will take place on 1–2 December 2025 (Monday–Tuesday), from 17:30 to 20:30, in Building G, at the Krakow School of Business. The seminar is dedicated to women and will include two key practical modules:
Connecting with ourselves: understanding and managing stress & burnout
– on the risks of professional burnout among women, its causes, social determinants, and practical strategies for protecting mental and physical well-being.Connecting with others: understanding and managing conflict
– on how we understand conflict, how to navigate it safely and constructively, in alignment with our own needs – with practical exercises.
The seminar will be conducted in English. Light refreshments will be provided. The number of places is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis: LINK to registration.
