Comprehensive, two-semester business-focused programme designed to address the challenges related to analysis, data processing, and management in international business. The programme is founded on a holistic approach to data management, corporate architecture, and the contemporary conditions of conducting business on an international scale.

The Global Business Management & Analysis postgraduate programme was established at the Department of International Economic Relations within the Institute of Economics of Kraków University of Economics (formerly the Academy of Economics). Administrative support is provided by the Krakow School of Business at Krakow University of Economics in cooperation with the Department. The programme is conducted in English, while student support is provided in both English and Polish.

Programme Objective:
To prepare participants to take on roles such as leaders in multicultural teams, business analysts, or team managers in international institutions.
Who is the programme for?
The Global Business Management & Analysis programme is designed for you if:
> you are an international student or professional,
> you work for a company (particularly an international corporation) or an institution operating in the business services or data analytics sector,
> you are a project manager or a member of a project team in the finance sector or other industries,
> you want to expand your knowledge and develop new competencies in international business development, management, and data analysis.
Organisation of Classes:
We focus on convenience and flexibility — that is why our classes are held at weekends, on campus at Kraków University of Economics. Classes are held:
> on Fridays — starting at 4:45 p.m.,
> on Saturdays (and occasionally Sundays) — starting at 8:45 a.m. and continuing until the afternoon.
The programme includes an average of two weekend sessions per month, allowing you to easily combine your studies with your professional and personal life.
All classes are held on the UEK campus — in a well-connected location with a welcoming atmosphere and facilities designed to support students.
We combine theory with practice, but above all, we create a friendly environment for professional and personal development!
Upon passing the final examination, you will receive:
> a certificate of completion of the Global Business Management & Analysis postgraduate programme (in accordance with the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478),
> a diploma issued by the Krakow School of Business at Kraków University of Economics,
> a certificate of participation in project management training incorporating the Agile approach,
> a certificate of participation in Power BI training.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay the tuition fee in instalments?
Yes. The tuition fee can be paid in instalments. For the two-semester programme starting in the winter semester, the tuition fee is divided into four instalments of 25% each. The payment deadlines are 30 October, 30 December, 30 March and 30 May. The recruitment fee of PLN 200 is paid separately during the recruitment process.

What level of English is required? Do I need IELTS or TOEFL?
The programme is conducted entirely in English, so a good command of English is required to participate effectively in classes. No IELTS or TOEFL certificate is required for admission.
What documents are required during the recruitment process?
You need to register in the IRK system and provide a diploma confirming completion of higher education (Bachelor’s, Engineering or Master’s degree). The recruitment process also includes payment of the PLN 200 recruitment fee.
International applicants are additionally required to provide a document confirming their legal stay in Poland, such as a valid visa, residence card or another document confirming their legal right to stay in Poland. Additional documents may be required depending on your individual situation.
Can my employer pay for my studies?
Yes. Your studies can be financed by your employer. In this case, you need to complete the appropriate company-financing form and provide the required information for invoicing. The university can issue a pro forma invoice for the company. For employer-funded studies, the tuition fee is paid in two instalments.
Can the university help me obtain a visa?
The programme is a postgraduate programme and does not provide a basis for obtaining a student visa. KSB does not provide visa sponsorship or arrange visas for participants. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate legal basis to stay in Poland for the duration of their studies.
How long does the programme take?
The Global Business Management & Analysis programme lasts two semesters and consists of 164 hours of classes. For programmes starting in the winter semester, classes usually begin in mid-October and continue until the end of June. The programme is conducted entirely in English. Certificates of completion are usually available for collection at the turn of July and August.
