EMBA Participants together with colleagues from Portugal, Austria, Germany, Japan & China experience the flavors of world top executive education. The classes are delivered in a Harvard-type business school by Professors from IESE Business School which ranks #1 in Financial Times Ranking of Executive Education Programs.

Global Leadership – this course provides a deep understanding of challenges associated with leading people of different cultures, effectively managing international assignments, and transferring knowledge across locations. It also focuses on finding, developing, and retaining talent across different locations, among other topics.

Design Thinking – this course deals with Design Thinking as a methodology for idea generation. It states that being creative in business is not a choice, it’s an obligation. Managers’ ability to come with new & useful ideas is becoming more important as competition has moved from efficiency towards innovation.

World Economic Outlook – this course analyses key global trends that will dictate the economic, social and political discussion in the coming years. It also covers their spillover effects through commodity markets, trade, and financial channels. All of which contribute to inflation increase in a world dominated by debt.
